Cuchilla Padel Return Policy

At Cuchilla Padel, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.


Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Items marked as final sale.

    • Tournament Tickets: Tournament tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend a tournament, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to transfer your ticket to another event.


  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at cuchillapadel@gmail.com to initiate a return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.


  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
