Cuchilla Padel General Rules and Regulations
Welcome to Cuchilla Padel. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair environment for all participants, we have established the following rules and regulations. By participating in our events and using our services, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
General Conduct
Respect and Sportsmanship:
All participants are expected to display respect and good sportsmanship towards fellow players, trainers, and management.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Compliance:
Participants must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by Cuchilla Padel staff and officials.
Tournaments and Events
Registration:
All participants must register for events by the specified deadline.
Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Attendance:
Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled matches or events.
If a participant is unable to attend, they must notify Cuchilla Padel as soon as possible.
Equipment:
Participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment, including rackets and appropriate sports attire.
Cuchilla Padel may provide additional equipment as necessary.
Rules of Play:
All matches will be conducted according to the official padel rules.
The decision of the match officials is final and binding.
Facilities
Use of Facilities:
Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the facilities where events are held.
Any damage to facilities or equipment caused by a participant may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
Cleanliness:
Participants are expected to keep the facilities clean and dispose of any trash properly.
Safety
Health and Safety:
Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically fit to participate in events.
Any injuries or medical conditions should be reported to Cuchilla Padel staff immediately.
Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency, participants must follow the instructions of Cuchilla Padel staff and emergency personnel.
Disciplinary Actions
Violations:
Any violations of these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion from events.
Appeals:
Participants have the right to appeal disciplinary actions by submitting a written request to Cuchilla Padel management.
